This blog explores the shifting public opinion throughout the last century. Beliefs held in the early 1900s are still prevalent today, such as the public’s view of America as a melting pot for different cultures. Another similarity is the fact that many Americans are accepting and welcome immigration, however, Americans agree that there should be reform regarding immigration legislation.
